Good advice for seniors

Signature tune

You know there's some really good advice to seniors which can be obtained by just clicking onto some of the ads that come up with my blogs.

There's nutrition advice with recommendation for twice the normal amount of folate as helpful to seniors, there are video clips and demonstrations of exercise programs and there are seniors being interviewed and references to exercise for the brain and seniors suggesting that reading alone is not enough to satisfy them.

There are recorded interviews with seniors talking of the benefits they receive by following the exercise programs for strenth and flexibility with improvements in balance, amongst other things being recorded and recommendations for preventing osteoporosis.

I am not evaluating these programs but they seem to be consistent with recommendations of experts like the Mayo clinic.

There are computer programs that are designed to sharpen up mental acuity and assist the memory and concentration.

Many of these programs would also be of interest to younger people wanting to speed up their mental capabilities.

The information is at your fingertips, requiring just a simple click and these clicks will often lead to other information.

The information and scientific bases are there and this site makes things very easy for you and the seniors with whom you may come into contact.

Meanwhile, here are some images for you with the brain puzzler today being relatively easy.

You know, I'd be curious how many of your readers do actually fall into a "seniors" category. I mean, where did you get the impression that they do?

Your signature changes every time you write it -- like Shakespeare's.

Adrian,

I don't.

Thankyou for the Shakespeare analogy. It's a signature tune, not a signature. I don't want to bore people to death or reveal one of my new 'works of art' in isolation.

There's a whole lot of readers out there that are not part of Orble and who know/have relatives who are seniors.

The advice could well be observed by all.

katyzzz Sometimes I suspect you want me to rewrite all my previous posts.
