Hmmm. Salt is also harmful if you have high blood pressure! Funny that butter is on the list. Not that I doubt it but, butter is bad in SO many ways! Lastly, I've heard ghat potatoes aren't that bad--it's just what we do them!

Actually, James, the 'no salt, no sugar, no butter, was added by me. The rest came from Real Age, I should have made that more clear.
